Strategic Planning

Lorraine believes that strategic planning is only beneficial to an organisation if all levels of staff are involved. This requires contemporary thinking and for goals and objectives to be ‘real’ and achievable.

Lorraine and her team will ensure organisations keep up with the rapid changes that are occurring in the human service sectors over the next 10 years. This service can range from one day on site team work to the development of a comprehensive strategic plan. Lorraine works with Bruce Message from Premier Consulting and Wallace and Mackinnon to provide a community and residential plan where organisations have both services. Her experience on Boards provides organisations with a reassurance that she understands the implications on service delivery when decisions are made.

Lorraine is one of only eight nationally appointed facilitators by the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency to provide quality and governance sessions.
