Full payment is required upon placement of order. Until payment is cleared, no orders will be dispatched, and in the event that payment does not clear, the order is cancelled.
Lorraine Poulos & Associates (LPA) has taken due care in developing these resources. However, LPA accepts no responsibility for any decisions or outcomes arising from use of these documents.
The information contained in and referred to in these packs is current at the time of production, however users are advised to check any recent changes to legislation and regulations.
We remind you that these documents are for your use only and are not to be circulated or used by others who are not the purchaser. These documents are copyright and not intended for you to on-sell, copy, adapt or adopt to resell for commercial gain, or use in any other organisation. LPA reserves the right to take appropriate action should we discover that this has occurred.
LPA has postage and handling charges. Within NSW this is a flat fee of $20 plus GST. LPA uses Australia Post and trusted couriers however cannot guarantee the quality of the delivery services of any third party service providers. Orders outside of NSW will incur additional costs as quoted by our deliverers.
If the goods or services of LPA fail certain standards of fitness or quality we will provide a repair or refund within 14 days of written notification

Refunds and Returns Policy

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
